We visited Valencia in September 24 and it’s a beautiful city. The Jardín del Turia is an old riverbed (the river was diverted in the 50’s) that is now home to cycle tracks, walking paths, football pitches and parks and makes a great place to explore. Part of the Jardín del Turia houses the structurally magnificent Science Museum area. Well worth a visit.
The city also has some great markets and plenty of wonderful tapas restaurants.
